Do you have it in purple?

Do you have it in purple?
No, but I can dye it.
I'll consider it. Thanks. -

How do you dye a suede saddle without the colour rubbing off on your pants? I have 2 ugly concors I wish were black.....
-
• #1257
I only have experience with Unicanitor and Concor. Succeeded very well on Unicanitor, a bit less on Concor. Use leather dye from a shoe repair shop. I must admit, that I use black shorts only. Don't see a reason to use different colours.
However, I don't have the impression that the clothing takes a lot of the dye off from the saddle. But the risk is all yours. -

Seller of that Lo Pro is on the forum, too (at least he was a few times).

^ apparently it now belongs to a friend of his who is selling on maarktplaats minus the headset and bottom bracket - says he'll take 150euros plus postage to UK, bargain - if only I could afford it and hadn't picked up one of the others in that bunch it would be mine... just wondering now I'm here - does anyone have a seat post binder bolt for one of these frames? mine is missing one... ? Cheers...

hi folks
i have this gazelle frameset that i wanted to restore but i simply don't need/want it as much as a titanium frame so gotta let it go - thought i'd give it a try here first
st: 59cc
tt: 58cc
sp: 27.0paint is shite (and as you can see i tried to remove it but the remover was as bad as the previous owner's taste - original color is red) but it seems to be in good structural condition. and has all the niceness - the butterfly bridge, wrapover stays, campagnolo dropouts and cable guides as well as a vagner fork crown - that you'd expect. columbus sticker is on top of the layers and there is no dove on the steerer so i'd say it's 531 of some sort.
here's some pics (be strong for what's coming after the click!): http://postimage.org/gallery/8t2pcks8/a1585e3a/
if anyone wants it, throw a pm
cheers

Did you see this?
It's mine, thrown together with love from the spare parts in my garage.....

Soon to be mine. Thinking about restoring the blue paintjob and then having all the logos professionally airbrushed onto it - instead of new stickers. What do ya think?

it looks great!

Peter v, is that the new L'eroica bike for 2013? I'll see that one dancing up the hill away from me this year!

Chaim! Cheers mate, I bought it off Erik, it's a resprayed 1974 frame (so also 1970s but a little older than my blue CM)
stedlocks - no, maybe 2014. I am working on a 1960s Vittorio (also Dutch) and I don't think I'll have the 39x28 gears on that so we'll have to see about the dancing bit this year.... and... first we'll have to get in! ;-)

She never came last time.... I'll look into a decent hotel for this year and bring her with me. I really roughed it, so I didn't spend any family budget ..... And she loves prosecco!
I might only do the 135km course if I get in this year..... I want to enjoy the scenery a bit more -

Awesome! Are you going Campy NR?
1ste gen. SR would also be awesome!Chaim! Cheers mate, I bought it off Erik, it's a resprayed 1974 frame (so also 1970s but a little older than my blue CM)

Campagnolo Schmampagnolo... that's what everyone's riding, that's why I kitted out my Eroica machine with Dura Ace ;-)
For this one I'm thinking....
