Advice needed: Should I buy this frame?

i have already had a old road frame currently selling it but i wanted to get a nice new school track frame straight forks and everything and hippy i am far from generic hipsterfixieskidder so becarful wat you say thanks .do any of you know a cheaper frame thats what im looking for
