Yeah, you just stop doing drinking and taking drugs. I did it once, for several years. It's easy.
Then I realised that I like all that stuff, and got right back on it...

I've got a coupla mates who've had it prescribed in the last coupla months and it seems to have worked for them...
However, my GP refuses to give it to me until I've given patches *another *go...
Results so far aren't good... I'm still smoking and wearing a patch... Apparently, this isn't good... :S -

Not had a drink in Jan (except in new york on holiday).
Going to do a month to see if I can. So until Feb 7th.
Drinking soft drinks in the pub is HARD. -

im 18 days without smokes now ...personally, though its harder i'd advise you just to try without patches or any of that crap ...its like a cigarette methadone.
can really tell the difference ...feels like ive been given a third lung
