just use a long flat ended screwdriver, and tap down inside the steerer tube, all around until it pops out

I would like to borrow a campag BB tool for this weekend. Would have to pick up anytime before Friday, could return Sunday night.

Cheers CowHen, Managed to sort it with an adjustable spanner. The CrankBros go on with a hex nutin the spindle which is handy.
Got myself clipped in and went for a 50km spin. Love it.

My road bike has developed a knocking sounds when I'm pedalling. I think the right bottom bracket cup needs tightening. I'm running Ultegra SL cranks and bottom bracket. Could anyone kindly lend me the necessary tools to get them off? Work in Victoria, live in Stoke Newington. Willing to travel pretty much anywhere in London to collect! Ta muchly.
Anyone got a headset press in SE London? I know i can make one out of threaded bar etc but you never know if someone is lurking round the corner with the proper tool...
