OK, So this turned out to be a pretty major upgrade, and I've still got stuff to do.

What I need to know, is what has broken since yesterday? What isn't working now that was working yesterday?

More tweaking to make it fast. I think it's job done until I can get a second server to hang off the back to run SQL separately.

And for stats fans... and as a note to me if I'm looking for hosting anytime soon... we're now using 200GB of bandwidth a month. 30GB in, 170GB out. And this is a doubling of how much we used a year ago, even though I'm now using gzip on all pages and have increased the proxy caching times significantly.

When you delete or move a PM now it's highlighted in a yellow strip which is handy.

We should just leave that hanging as a threat - people will be trawling old threads trying to delete their abusive tags.

Nothing to do with the software, it's a problem between chair and keyboard as far as I can tell.

I was waiting for the software upgrade to see if anything I did was about to be made redundant. I'm still up for it should I find the time.
