Give that I know f all about suspension and even less about setting it up it's great. Better than both the pike and 34 I have. It doesn't flex when I do sick curb drops.

It was more that an experienced fitter might be able to recognise why steep = good and slack = bad

That's actually a very good point. Obviously I'm going to ignore it and buy another I'll fitting frame.

PS: could be interested in the cascade if that's available as a separate item...

PPS: have you played with the standard link and the high/low setting? Should slacken the seat angle?

I only ever ridden it with cascade as the stock link was missing a part until very recently.

My pal has an xxl Megatower with the same reach as the Tallboy. I'm going round to his tomorrow night just to see how the reach is. I reckon it'll be fine. Hopefully.

I could also be interested if it isn't going to work for @totalshanner. I was already thinking of upgrading pit's other old my current mtb.

Change of plans on the shock. It has tallboy specific mount and won't fit my other bike without costly modification. Will include it with the frame for additional £££ and will get a Mara pro to match the fork.
