I'll be at Martins Heron just before 09:00.

Where is the best place for some jumps? Having not ridden dirt jumps since a teenager I want to learn again.
I guess I'd ride there from Beckenham, so nearer the better.

There’s a bmx track in the north east corner of Beckenham Place Park. I’d start there.

I imagine there some kind of rollers/rhythm section and smaller/easier jumps for starting
