got most of it done, jst gotta attach the head, the drill there would go thru the shaft (if u know what i mean ;-) terrible but had to b done) any tips?

I had a smaller tip and bigger shaft... :-)

... so don't know what your solution would be... I'd guess to get a smaller drill bit and bolt?

Although I remeber you saying you were worried about it, did you try? Did it snap? Because I think you'd find it's not that big a problem... maybe someone with more mallet building experience (particularly with ski poles) will be able to help?

The afternoon was really relaxed even if the games weren't.

Funny watching him have a go on Nano's mini bike though..with left hand brake and Seabass's extra long mallet. He was S-H-I-T !
