ha, that was for Brendan (skoota) - mentioned trying to get a rule set in place about someone who's in goal who puts a foot down but inadvertantly stops the ball. If the ball is definitely heading into the goal it should stand as a goal because the player is in effect out of play.

yep the rule:

so as slamm stated. It's never come up before, but basically if the goalie is foot down and somebody shoots and hits the goalie should it count? being that they basically don't exist, without them there it would have been a goal. Another example:
If you foot down and then shoot a goal, does it count? No course not.
