Frame is 23inches/58cm and I can't remember what you said a good fit was for being 6'0", Lou.

Smaller, 2010 concensus was about 4cm to small is good, as your six foot I'd say you need between 56-60, lets assume 58 (for a normal road bike), so 54/56cm would be my suggestion (for polo).

Also go for vbrakes, not road brakes if you can.
