Southwark Council lighting people are brilliant. I am going to see if I can nominate that engineer I am in touch with for some sort of customer service award. He's quick to respond, likes what we do, gets the problem sorted out as soon as possible. It actually makes me glad I pay council tax in the borough - as glad as one can be paying taxes, of course.
