• Southies, Shifties are preparing themselves to lose to The Pickled Onion next Thursday @ Newt. Can any of you come and ref their humiliation? We need to get it on paper.

Fiona, (GRRR vs [DDD) vs HGS] is on next Thursday, so there'll be loads of us there to ref the game.

  • Dont think that would make too much of a difference, different crowds.

There must have been roughly 15-18 last thursday at mitch! Why don't you come north if you can't get numbers

  • so what you really need at mitch when there is 18 people, is ... more people?

  • Oh kev, I drafted you misses over parliament bridge last night!

  • Thanks for the info.

On Thursdays I lock up my work in Streatham, and wouldnt get to Newington until 7:15, or up to Mitch around 25 mins later.
I've gone up there before on a Thursday arriving around 7:45, and to echo what Brendan said, its busy there, with one court and with lights out at 9pm, its not uncommon that I'd only play two or three games by the time I get there, and thats it.
I like the big size of Mitch, but Newington is local for me, lights dont go out until 10:30, and there's two courts, so I guess it just works out better for me to play a good bit more.

I was just outside... its beautifully warm... come on, there must be three or four more for Souths, especially after the rain and cold last night...

So it was you perving after her ass... you're dead meat next time we meet, lefty boy.

  • Smiley face, just in case you took that seriously Louis.

True, I just wanted you to know that you're welcome up here anytime you can get up

  • In my defence I've only met her once or twice, not enough to recognise her from behind yet!

  • this is all ripe for a-tagging

  • No rain, no cold last night ;)

...after the rain and cold last night...

  • that didnt even merit the smiley face

  • You can always just post something, rather than tagging it.

You're treading on thin ice there buddy...

  • Trying not to sound pathetic - but any other southies on for tonight? Pleeease?

  • You should have come yesterday! :-)

  • Nah. Dont mind the getting a bit wet part, just dont like playing on wet surfaces with less grip. Paranoid about getting injured, dont enjoy playing.

  • Sorry kev, I recon if I'd broken both my collar bones I'd probably be a bit more warey of slippery courts!
