No it was a real fight. Happens with some regularity.
Physically restraining a troubled teenager from attacking his carer is not easy. But the aftermath (trying to calm both sides down, talking for ages and ages, reporting on it to the boss, etc) was equally exhausting.In all seriousness, this sounds bad! Crap day at work it seems.

First court could be fine with a bit of a shovelling, its melted off on one side but there is still some left on the other, including an ex snowman blob that is packed down a good deal, will need a decent kicking. But I reckon with a brush or two and fifteen minutes of labour, it will be OK... as long as the temperature doesnt drop sharply around 6pm.
Second court still has a lot of icy blobs on it, and two piles. Probably not worth the bother.
