https://www.gov.uk/online-and-distance-selling-for-businesses/online-sellingWe can go all Treitel if we want but this should cover what we are looking at:
After an order is placed You must: confirm the contract as soon as possible and no later than when goods are delivered, a service starts or digital content is downloaded (for example, an email must be sent when content is downloaded even if it does not arrive at the same time) provide a copy of the contract on paper, by email or another format the customer can save for future reference deliver the goods within 30 days, unless you’ve agreed otherwise with the customer

Is there any way to filter out of stock items on this hell site?

Hadn’t bought anything from wiggle for several weeks, tried to buy a saddle just now and the sites down. Reason unknown, but they’ve left the same message from last time saying they’ll be back soon with a new logo and look. Wouldn’t surprise me if they tried to reinvent themselves yet again.

It is confirmed that the company is to enter self-administration. Hopes of a restructuring or new funding source may come, but for now it's a deep look at what's salvageable. Hand forced by funding pull: https://www.cyclingelectric.com/news/wiggle-crc-administration-signa-sports-united

We should all have seen this coming, soon as they stopped putting Haribo in your parcel it was clear they were in trouble
-
• #864
I bought a Heart rate monitor last week and it came with Haribo
-
• #865
I still get haribo in mine.
-
• #866
I ask for no haribo in the order notes because I am morally superior
-
• #867
Just me then.

I wonder how tredz and tweeks are getting on? Post brexit must of hit wiggle hard.
-
• #869
I argued with Tredz for nearly 3 weeks over £9. Not sure what that indicates really
-

They'd still be trading if they'd included a vegan snack - all these years of sodding haribo muck.

Whoever built their redone website wants shooting . I wouldn't want that on my cv. In other news black country new road are on tour and doing really well.

Word is there are a number of other retail/distros about to collapse as well.

Just spent my birthday voucher and selected next day delivery. Here's hoping it arrives :)
It definitely is - I’ve yet to send it off, as i have been temporarily stunned by the total irrelevance of replies i have so far received to prior emails. Some good points made by you all thanks
