I agree, they should also use pubs as feed stations and the chips on your bike should give notice to the barlady that you are under 3 minutes away so she can start preparing that perfect pint of G.
Best give me your orders now then Andy, i'm clearly going to be there before you lot so i'll get them in, bar Clives - i hate to see a pint go off -

I don't think so, but might be best to check on the Dulwich Paragon website.
I was going to try and get away pretty promptly, i.e. 0830 or not long after, to avoid any traffic on the way out of London.

Will be there on Sunday, prob 8.30ish start, are you all with Rollapaluza / in their kit? If so, will say Hi.
There should be a number of us in VC Elan or Greenwich Tri kit, depending on whats dry / what people decide to wear.

Looking forward to seeing everyone of course, although its going to seem strange seeing TNRCers during the day, most unusual.
I aim to be there for a swift start also, as close to 8:30 as poss so maybe we will actually pass on the road, so keep them peeled (as someone off the telly used to say). -

Hi fbr, No I am still gearless (as well as clueless) and find myself now longing for a couple of derailleurs but content that a geared bike is on order, deposit down and everything. Will keep an eye out for the Grupetto crew and attempt a high five as you roll past.

I had a look and couldn't find anything saying helmets were a must, (only for the club runs)
Did you find anything out jonnny? Just thinking one maybe needed if you wanted to do a loop of HH at the start? -

will be a first for me - wearing a helmet not on the track.

I've not ridden a sportive where helmets were NOT compulsory.
I think it would be a condition of their insurance since it's a mass-participation event. -
• #1373
Hippy is right, helmets, fizik bar tape and your number are mandatory
I'm aiming to get there for 8 to sort stuff out, get in the zone, eat etc -

have you cleared the diary congestion...

sounds like there'll be a bit of hipster traffic around about 0830 ;p
see you guys there. looking at an early start as well.
It starts at the velodrome at HH and, if it's dry, you'll get a lap on the track to start with. The finish is in a sports club just down Burbage Road from the velodrome. There is a bar there. More sportives should have a bar at the finish.
