prety simple, just find ickenham rd, which turns into long lane (b4660) all the way to the uxbridge road, turn left, then all the way home etc..
I do this complicated route that shaves as much time (and miles) as possible and also keeps me from crossing Western Ave. in a dangerous manner. I've seen Ickenham signs but don't know where Ickenham Road is. Thanks for the starting point.

That puts at least another mile on the route. I'm going to go the normal way and then just add on the route to the Crabtree. Enh!
Ugh, 10 miles there, 15.5 miles to CT, what, 6 miles back? Biggest day I'll ever have had. HTFU!

I reckon we covered nearly as many miles on the forum birthday drinks/gamma goochie day, and you were running too big a gear, and the weather was dodgy. You'll be fine :-)

True! I still think my gear is a bit too big. But at least now the moustachio is in the proper stem.

You're in luck. I've just received two in the post, I only need one for the moment so you're welcome to the other. I'll charge you a beer for it, oh and if you're bringing a lockring spanner I may need to borrow it too!
Awesome! We will have to wrestle Hippy over the use of his lockring tool though. Thanks.

Dante, you comin? Would you find fresh sage useful? We made din last night with some but are unlikely to use the rest. Let Guapo know, I'm off and won't have time to check the page before coming down, so if you want it he'll bring it.

Can't you just replace the air by inhaling or with a track pump like the rest of us?
I'll be there about 6:00.
