So they are going to send it off to their head office and they will process it in a few weeks.

And basically if I don't turn up and present the card and close it off today... they're going to send it to head office to process. I've had that done to me before, the Old Ship charged £10 on top to process it the next day... and frankly that stuff is bullshit.
