  • Hammer and screwdriver mate, just use a bit of folded up paper on the end of the screwdriver to prevent damaging the lock ring too much.

  • Or you could use the right tool for the job and not run the risk of chewing the shit out of the lockring or stripping the thread.

    Where can I pick one of those up, also, will I need one with a chain whip? Or are those just used for freewheels? (As you can tell i've never switched sprockets before)
