Bear no longer lives West. He's an SE1 dweller, as far as I'm aware.

@Velocio I get what you mean, but it is still close. I will probably stop at home, and change before heading out.
@T4NY4 I knew that about Dov actually. Adam said he was back in Hanwell. I was going to mention you as well, but I know its a trek for you. Unless you feel like doing a train-bike combo thing. Still silence from @provenrad and @dropout, they have flounced big time.

Prav has been @adrevporn more recently. I don't know if he had problems accessing his old account or if he just wanted an anagramatic change.

John has been at SEs and Wayne's drinks at Look Mum recently. He hasn't flounced, he just doesn't spend much time on the forum.

Good points @Oliver Schick. I had forgotten that Prav had changed handles. As for John, I know he came along to LMNH since I was there too. We were standing together talking in the door way.
If one is not using the forum actively, then isn't that a flounce?

Oh I googled 'flounce', you have to leave in a huff too - got it!
Obviously you are welcome as well @Oliver Schick

Can't do any beering.
Pasquale will think I've gone mad.
-
• #24768
He won't be there - he is busy getting the other place ready.
-
• #24769
Other place?
-
• #24770
Yes another restaurant on the Kings Road - opening very soon.
-
• #24771
Out front with a drink. Can't miss me.
-
• #24772
It's nearly that time of the week again...
Ealing is far. Unless there are better ideas we should try @ffm's suggestion of The Oak on Goldhawk Rd. No idea what it's like, but come along if you can. -
• #24773
Quick disclaimer: it was recommended by a colleague of mine, I've never been there. She said it does good pizza, but a quick squiz at theie website suggests that it's quite gastropubby. Anyone actually been there recently?
-
• #24774
Getting your excuses out quick I see!
Alternative option is The Westbourne. Bike racks and terrace, beer <£5 and the manager did me a huge favour giving me CCTV when I was knocked off outside. No idea how busy it will be, but worth a try maybe?
Their map is shite, try gmaps. -

Ealing is farkin awesome.
ftfy
It's farther.
Anything in Hammersmith I'm going to pass.
Anything in Shepherd's Bush I can detour for, will pass, and it won't add too much to the route.
Anything in Ealing I'm going to ride past home and it's all in addition to my route home.
The pizza is good though.
