There doesn't appear to be anything that they can't do to a potato out here.

Last night I had some sweet potato fries and they were magnificent.

all we want them to do at the raven is make decent fucking chips!

it amazes me that plates of cold chips get cleared from our tables. we are cyclists, we eat like fucking horses, we will eat anything that is put in our path, except the chips and other food served at the fucking West Beers pub

He does. I was never looking for panfried ostrich steak, on a bed dauphinoise spuds topped with truffle foam, but chips should be a fucking doddle.
