I declined the handed round belly pork pieces which did look good, but I was just too full......The new chef is also a cyclist so happy to come and have a chat.

Good company, good food, good pub.

Ride back to Putney Bridge tube was awesome freezing/painful/mademeblind...

Headwind picked up enough and temperature dropped enough that I had a thin sheet of ice my gloves and socks! Seeeeriously lucky to get the last tube ;D me feet were completely numb..

I know the feeling! I was at the flask in highgate last Saturday when it snowed and had to cycle the 12 miles back. There was about an inch of ice on me and the bike when I got home!

Back next week - had mahusive event on at work last night.

Oh! so that's what the kids are calling it these days.

Apparently there be some track racing, bi-cycle thingy on da big screen at Le Raven today.

Oooh... what time?

Seems like a decent enough reason to head there as soon as I can escape from work and get right royally leathered prior to the bridges ride...

The track cycling will be on BBC 2 from 7pm so might head down for then, have a spot of food and head off to the bridges ride.

Sounds just ideal.
