@BRM and Nimhbus - The book I mentioned is "Complete Medical Guide for Cyclists" by Andy Pruitt. Very good guide to what aches are caused by what body position on the bike and how to fix it. Should be around £7 on Amazon.

I'll try to remember to bring along my copy to the next Westie drinks if anyone is interested in having a quick butcher's.

I ended up logging onto the work servers last night and according to my timer did about two hours work.

To be honest I still don't really know, dirt seems scared to touch it, which is cool by me. We'll have to see what london to brighton does to it. And nah there's nothing scary about mottingham, apart form the chav's and the pitbulls lol but nah i've never had a problem there, though I do have a D-lock in the back pocket just incase.
