spotted a guy on a black frame with chrome track ends, in Brough Market this morning, I was getting coffe.

That's a point- I did not spot the person, but there was a 52cm Fuji track with a pink BMX lever/105 (I think) front brake locked up in the entrance hallway of my flat last night.

Rocking the No-OwnerTM and NoLeadTM look, he jumped out into moving traffic outside the Florence, then ran along in front of me for a few hundred yards until he cut into the park.Bit pissed off, as for a moment I went one lower in the road food chain as drivers gave him plenty of room but me none, as usual

Courier-type-fellow on a stealth-machine, dressed in black, Cambridge Circus in the pissing rain this evening at around 5.30 - 6.00pm. No lights.
I was in a van and I didn't see you. I'm a cyclist and a motorcyclist and I look out for bikes, all the time. It's bad enough in the dark, let alone when it's dark and wet, to see cyclists. When you're dressed in black, on a black bike, with no lights, you're virtually invisible to motorists (even sympathetic ones) and it's only a matter of time before you're toast.
Lights, people. And horrible flouro vests, at least when it's raining.

lights most definitely.
flouro vests are bullshit though, they don't make riders any more visible at night. lights is what you see, then reflective strips WHEN the headlights hit them at the right angle

make that 35 minutes - it took 5 minutes to type this as i have no feeling in my hands
could barely stand up when i got off my bike, my feet were so cold and wet, there was a sheet of ice on my bag!

Less gym and more beer, my friend! ;)I don't call trainers sneakers and I don't wear overpriced street wear such as supreme and I don't own a track bike as an accessory. that's what I consider a "sneaker head". I like trainers (esp jordans) and I wear them.
