Yesterday on Regents street I saw the most incredible & unusual track frame zooming past heading north. I shall describe...

It was an alloy frame I think with similar geometry to the Bianchi pista concept (there was some width to the tubes) Here's the wierd bit, it had huge elaborate lugs (on an alloy frame wtf?) The neverex style lugs were painted gloss black & the tubes were bare metal finish with what looked like a black polka dot pattern over the top. I was mesmorised & didn't notice anything else about the frame.

Anyone know what or who this was? I'd love to see a picture of it.
