Monday was really good and I had a lot more energy. I was suffering on Sat, it was a lot harder and I don't have the legs to close gaps in silly headwinds yet. Come join Mondays!
Not sure if I'll do inters this Sat, got accreditation in the evening and would like to not sleep through the circle ride afterwards. I'll see how I feel.
