Duke, Robabdob, Jess and possibly shoosh whizzing round regents park just now.
Not Shoosh, but the only remaining member of my Rapha Women's 'fast group'. She was giving it beans!
I got a cheeky back pat from Robadob as he passed, scared the crap out of me!
After the Rapha ride ended I bumped into mechamorgan and a friend also leaving the park, who managed to persuade me to go and do Swains with them. Not very fun fixed on 52x19. I smashed it up the first bit then came to a total standstill on the second bit. Good riding like the clappers with you both though!

Lovely riding with you too! You absolutely hammered the first bit of Swains - a well-deserved QOM. Now you know what the steep bit is like, you'll have to QOM the whole thing on gears.
Pity about the lights down Holloway road - I've managed a consistent 40+ all the way to down to H&I when you get a good run.

Deep rims seem very popular on trains.
