About 6:45pm-7pm I was riding my mountain bike but keeping up with someone on a black bike with cream taped bullhorns riding fixed from brixton past stockwell around vauxhall and over the river then they took a turn off.

two encounters last night upon collection of my rear aero.

I kept seeing a bloke on those black/pink Rapha inspired bicycle passing Walton.
