Brakless rider on a black Jamis offering me tyre levers when I was fixing a puncture this morning on Stratford High Street. Tyre levers = cheating! Thanks anyway though. :)

Guy on gears giving me the knowing nod when we clocked each other's forum caps on Trafalgar Avenue this afternoon
My flatmate Inchpincher. He mentioned it when he got home. No gears tho...SS

Oh, forgot about it.
On Monday, in a heavy rain, I was passed by someone wearing a beanie on a black Dolan with a rear spoke. Kings Rd / Edith Grove. Anyone on here? I was a pedestrian. -

This thread sometimes resembles the 'you me' personal ads, in a good way

A driver trying to turn around through a pedestrian refuge on the Tower Bridge northern approach. Good move, especially in heavy rush hour traffic.

And a rider who had accidentally deflated her tyre at the apparently (I didn't test it) non-functioning public bike pump outside Lock 7 when she went for a top-up. I stopped and helped her. Those pumps are definitely work in progress; unfortunately, the valves aren't yet robust enough to withstand being constantly wrecked by people who don't know how to use them. :|

I've used one last night in Hackney, for a first time - it was hard work, but I did get a bit more pressure in fat 24" tyres.

Not very pleasant to be suddenly violated from behind while waiting patiently at lights first thing in the morning, but otherwise good to see MiddleOfNowhereMatt.

I did exactly this on the one in Kingston , didn't even have a puncture just let my wheel down to try it out , wasn't so fun when it didn't work

I saw that look of righteous fury flash across your face before you worked out what was going on. I fear for the nodder who next bumps you from behind.

Anyone the mystery man who commented on my bike this morning at about 8.45, heading into Parliament Square? Hello friend. Early start for me today, apologies for look of confusion..
That would be me. And it was a beauty! Sorry about the delay in reply but work's been a bit mental.

Indra this morning in Regents Park. I was too far behind to DAS and you turned off before I could catch up and say hi
Guy on gears giving me the knowing nod when we clocked each other's forum caps on Trafalgar Avenue this afternoon, then a courier type and I sharing a look back on Tower Bridge, then two blokes on motorbikes trying to be subtle at checking out each others ride at the lights, and failing.
