    Ancient Zipp front wheel
    Saddle way too forward

well street, wobbled onto the pavement
untidy dismout from dench saddle height.

  • There's another Burls fixed?

    I know at least 4.

    Bike envy at its best.

  • Hello there. Good to see you again. Bit dozy this morning so didn't clock what you were riding. Maybe next year...

    Enigma Etape.

  • Someone Das'ed me at Brockwell park fireworks. Was your name 'Jonty'?
Sorry I was accidentally rude. Hope you enjoyed the explosions.

  • Guy with long dreads on commercial road heading east turned off towards whitechapel. Was about to shout DAS and then you skidded right in front of me as there was a coach we were playing tag with.

  • I got DAS on tower bridge this morning as the popo we running a road tax 'sting'

  • Yasi on new north road

  • Ludwig this morning at traffic lights. Good to see you!

  • A cheery hand salute, with a Oi Oi Hi Hi in return - Pleasure to see you Mands, me head west, you head east. What an exchange.

  • Haha Hai! It made my morning!

Hello. We were impressed by your trackstanding like a boss.

    'Twas I! Hello!

  • Yesterday morning a gent demonstrating some good track standing skills on a red single speed (not fixed) who I was going to compliment him until I realised it was a foffa. I've not felt that awkward since I overtook a long blond haired cyclist and turn round to smile only to realise she was a dude.

  • Pretty sure I spotted Nurse Holliday this morning looking as cool as ever near corner of Somerford Grove. Looked like you were waiting for a bus, except you had a bike and wasn't at a bus stop. Shouted hi, but I had to fly!

  • Hey, I clocked you after you had turned to face forwards again. My girlfriend was in the shop, I was waiting for her, not just gormlessly standing on the side of the road.

  • What were you riding? Looked nice. Hope her riding is going well.

Spotted Chung in Brockwell Park for the fireworks.

  • Lady with forum cap on OKR around 4pm at the lights. I refuse to say DAS to someone stationary so i slunked off towards Sports Direct nearly coming a cropper doing a hipster dismount and catching my fluro nodder over trousers on the bars. Smooooooooth op-er-ator....

  • Lady with orange skaters helmet on silver fixed frame.

oooh man, that's tough. I smiled at a Dude once, still have nightmares.

  • famous yellow fort rider on the OKR last night - good to catch up

  • Skydancer on Green Lanes just after the Church Street junction. I waved. You missed it :-(

  • fussballclub on old st roundabout, obliged my 'i'm ron burgundy?'-esque nervous DAS!

  • What were you riding? Looked nice. Hope her riding is going well.

Ha, not well. She rode my Rock Lobster which was too long for her and she found the whole thing very uncomfortable. I'm sorting out another bike for her to try so she can hopefully have a better experience.

I was on my Genesis Madison. Back up and running after the taxi altercation.

Got called out by a courier on a silver Langster last night riding home at the end of CS2 in Stratford. Apparently as I was on fixed wheel and also hadn't spent all day riding 60 miles as a courier, I should have been faster than him and I was shit because I was slow.

MY BAD. I DIDN'T REALISE I HAD TO RACE EVERYBODY ALL THE TIME.

As I said yesterday, I don't give a fuck about how fast you are, take a chill pill and mellow the fuck out. If you know this guy, I feel bad for you.

  • Sounds like an idiot. 60 miles? OMG SO HARDCORE!!!!
