Shacklewell Lane, this evening, about 6.45. A girl rode by me, glanced at my bike and said "nice" or something*. I was miles away, trying to figure out a route to Kiwi to get there before closing time.

*A pretty generous comment, so it must have been someone on here.

yesterday at 1030pm. brick lane 2 guys in fixed giving away big balloons with blue lights inside. My kid got one! later you passed us by in SHS and said "enjoy the balloon". one of the bikes was white and both of them [bikes] were really nice. You must be here. Thanks for the balloon, is decorating my flat and my kid loves it!

I want one!

Thought as much... I was the bloke riding with the rude white frame slung around my neck trying not to clip passers by. Hope you managed to get home ok - you must be somewhere northish?

An angry motorcyclist honking at Rob as he jumped the lights at the Old Street/Great Eastern Street Junction at 10am. I was impressed by the rapid response (which involved one finger and many expletives).

I went in checking out friends bike and then when I sat down I saw Sano come out from behind a lamppost where his bike was locked.

Got home just fine cheers. I live about half a mile from where I borrowed your friend's pump. Rode it home fine, fixed the puncture, rode to East drinks, suffered a puncture recurrence and binned the tube. Quite an annoying evening, thankfully everything else went well.

I'm only in London for another couple days, or I'd suggest a ride (guessing you're in Stoke Newington or so).

spotted in se17 between the OKR and Walworth road a kid pulled up by the police for stealing a bike. it was a red condor track frame, red deep vs, red risers, front brake, red grips, black stem saddle and seat post, sliver sungino 75s(not sure) with a black zen chainring, and a slack chain.

if this bike is yours get intouch with the police asap.

I was walking very fast on the pavement, so by the time I waved I was in Clapham North. I'm reinventing myself as a power walker.

Parked on Hobart Place around 7 pm. Black frame, no decals, rear mud guard, flip-flop hub. Yellow front tire, black rear tire, blue rims on both. Eggbeater pedals, and one of those BMX-looking helmets. I've seen it there a couple times. Does it belong to anybody on here?

Stranger. I don't even know how to describe them. It looked like each of his legs was wearing a skirt with a naughty cutaway panel. I was so distracted that I didn't get to check out the bike.

That would be mine. I've been lurking on the forum for most of the year, but have generally been too lazy to put up anything in the names and faces. This may spur me to be more sociable. Which bike was yours?
