just spotted hippy riding out of brick lane heading down bethnal green road eastways. um, saw a dude on blue/white cruiser, fixed wheel, white deep-v's grab a coffee at lcb, and a guy on a nice chrome looking number (maybe a bianchi, maybe not) heading east along bethnal green road with tan bar wrap and white lid.

I don't think I've ever ridden down Brick Lane.

skoota i can read them...but then again i was the piss head that wrote them.
ah wicked. yeah i thought i saw you inside, but your all-clad-in-black-in-the-dead-of-night ninja techniques meant that as soon as i turned around to say something, youd vaporized. loved the note tho - quite touching!
xoxo, me.

Girl on a pink/yellow little wheeled fix being escorted by a dude on a white deep-v'd bike up great eastern street this morning.
-
• #591
me and the little lady i think. haha! i work from home, so i like riding with vic in the morning, get to the 'office' refreshed and lazy.
-
• #592
I am not 'escorted' thank you! I can ride just fine by myself, without a chaperone... or stabilisers either ;P
-
• #593
vic i see your bike down at bike polo all the time, geez it's soo cute :D
-
• #594
Heh thanks... sometimes I feel like its a bit of a circus bike or something. I guess that makes me a circus midget? I'm have new 650 rims coming so I will be a few inches higher from the ground soon. Then I can play with the big people. Haha!
-
• #595
your short so what. you can join in any time. what wheels? a bit of bling?
-
• #596
you saying vic is short? you saying my girl is short? eh? are you? eh? gentle shove
-
• #597
yeah i challenge you to a dual :p , thank god you've taken the mighty bullhorns off otherwise i'd have no chance ;)
-
• #598
Well hello to you both.
If I see you again I'll shout something appropriate.
I am currently masquerading as a ped as my bike is incomplete. -
• #599
I'm not that short I suppose (5' 2"), plenty of people shorter than me ride bikes bigger than mine, but I think it's better to ride something slightly too small than too big for you. I don't know the general opinion on that though - what do other people think?
Rims wise, just bought deep V's, grey ano 28h which I will be having powdercoated baby blue (like the Celeste colour Velocity currently do). My bike will be, er, pastel bling! I really should have gone for a 32h to make the hub search easier... but these were cheap, and I can get quite cheap Suzue hubs for them I suppose.
I did play polo once. The mallet came way up to my elbow

i saw no-one this morning, at all. it was 6.30am.
does anyone get up/ride to work at that sort of time?
I am going to try and grow a big fnck off viking job for my visit home next year - almost there.
Sad, I know.
