The other day some people were handing out free little bottles of water by the junction on Euston Road/Woburn Place. The one nearest the kerb held a bottle out to me and I grabbed it as I sped past, it was awesome They were there again today, look out for them if you go that way, it'll make you feel totally pro.

Spotted a group of lady's in Germany team kits, on their bikes, around 10:30 going north at the junction of High Road Leyton and Lea Bridge Road.

Just feeling a little pent up so I went for a bit of a blast. Followed a bloke in Gore shorts on an orange single speed or fixed Brompton giving it the beans up Grays Inn Rd to Kings Cross Station. Was super speedy. Bet he's on here.
