Fuck off you
I once went on a night out with the Skinner family. They are loca! I ended up asleep in their cat's litter tray!

Speaking of ginger hirsuteness, I stealth spotted Mr Hillbilly as he pedalled past Red Post Lane last night @ approx 7.20pm. Shame I was not quite with it and was way too late in realization to put out a DAS.

Fixedcheese (i think) heading North past waterloo station last night, we both did a double take. If it wasn't you i'm being groomed and you have a twin.

Girl in bright blue socks on what looked like it might be a nice fixed frame (couldn't focus too well through the hangover) on Holland Road. Didn't DAS because I was concentrating grimly on the road and didn't want anybody shouting in my ear, least of all me.
I would normally be at work by 9 (see hangover, above) and don't normally mix with the post 9am commuters. On this unexpectedly fine summer morning, they mostly seemed to be people on expensive bikes (and often in expensive kit), which they were riding quite slowly. I could draw some conclusion about senior management types who have the cash and don't have anybody watching their clock, but that's probably stretching it.

Paul Koloi - former Tongan international rugby league player and all round dude, cycling past me with one kid on the top tube and another on a rear child seat. Gave me a cheery wave. The man is huge, and awesome.

Chap in a grey cap wearing black Sidis on a red Wilier Pista. We grinned at each other while assessing the rear of a bus on the New Kent road. I lost you as you took a gap too small for two near Elephant. You must be ON HERE?

^ Beat me to it! Nice to see you too. Just been looking at the maths geek ride thread - sounds interesting - I'm not sure that I can do it because I'm already booked in for a sportive thing in Surrey but I'd be keen otherwise.
Anyway, hope your knee gets better for it...
So good to ride in the sun, for a change, this morning.

Two minutes ago.
A bunch of them left shouting just as I arrived. I wasn't sure what went on, but as I was ordering a bunch of customers came to the till to say their stuff had been pilfered during the distraction.

Police here now. Hope they don't see my Tynan t-shirt.
-
• #48020
cctv?
-
• #48021
Yep, although before the police arrived, the LMNH staffers were saying to the victims things like: "They (the police) don't care about it, we've offered in the past but they never take it." Not an ideal response for someone who's just had their things stolen.
