I did, but I only just got home, so couldn't post earlier.
I heard it was 280 kids and 70 adults, but I suppose we'll have to wait for the Guinness Book of Records to confirm. :)
A brilliant job was done by Hackney's army of cycle trainers, including the aforementioned three--I had an armchair ride, chatting all the way. Flawless corking and marshalling.
The event was simply outstanding, attracting a lot of attention. And well done to all the kids!

I hope I saw middleofnowhere in Dalston before. If not, me and a stranger had a moment where we thought we recognised each other, nodded, and one said to the other 'alright Matt, how's it going?'

Not exactly a spot but a lovely meet-up with LongAndWinding at Ottolenghi today.
Did they put extra salt in because of the hot weather do you think?!
You're looking good, momma to be!

Guy with a fulsome beard riding something green and white - couldn't tell if it was geared/fixed but it looked a bit like the green MASH 'colorway' - at the top end of Dalston Lane by Hackney Baths. Gave a nod.
