We were on a club run which took in some of the route. I'm glad I wasn't doing the sportive it looked brutal, taking in the difficult side of Leith and Whitedown, and that little bump I saw you on.

We did go on to do the non Zigzag side of Box Hill though. The only redeeming feature of which were the superb "Flandrian" lanes on the approach.

i proper hhsb beast locked up outside leytonstone station, didn't see it today but it's there most days. What looks like a purple alans frame, white rear h+/b43 with a supreme sticker and black risers. Anyone off here? don't often see skidders round here

Yeah man, we only did the short route at 35 miles or so but still, 3 reasonably steep hills pretty much in a row, brutal indeed. Was waiting for the g/f as she threw the toys out after the first hill.

HoKe riding through Hatcham Saturday lunchtime. I saw the face first and t wasn't until you'd passed that I got a vague fleeting impression of the bike. No, I lied. Saw the bike a mile off. I was mondeoengering, taking offspring between gigs.

Oh, and two separate fixed riders in Salisbury yesterday.

Sounds about right, was probably coming back from HH that day riding very slowly due to the lack of air on my rear tyre.

because i'm not clever enough to get off them. i've been riding around london on one for three years now, unable to stop for fear of falling off when i dismount. so hungry, there are so few drive throughs with double height microphones.

A few minutes ago on Farringdon Road I had some dickhead with a Royal Mail bag on a grey fixed gear bike muttering something at me at the lights for not continuing on the cycle lane up the inside of a double-decker and a left-turning lorry, before cutting across the front of me aggressively, doing some shit weavy thing while trying to squeeze up the inside of the bus, before angrily skidding off up the cycle lane where it leaves the road. If you're on here, you ride like a twat.
