Just spotted two guys at New Cross Road turning into Sainsburys whilst I was on my way home from college. First guy was on a Dark grey Fuji with black deep V's and the other guy was on a black frame with black deep V's too and Alpina Wing TT forks. Anyone on the forum? I was the asian guy with black frame and black deep V looking like a nerd 8-)

middleofnowhere going the opposite way on Thornhill rd this morning. My belated shout went unheard. His beard looked wet.

A20 and Malpas Way junction, approx 6:20, ninja - head to toe in black on a black planet x track bike, deep carbon wheels, possibly brakless. Looks like fun.

Oh, late hi Spybot, didn't see you, but I wasn't going the opposite way, I always go that way in the morning, must have been you going the opposite way. I've got to work on my observational skills of a morning, I'm almost serious about that.

Was a bit damp but I kinda like riding in the rain, there's more oxygen in the air and the wet road lowers rolling resistance. The only unpleasant bit is the period between the water getting into the overshoes and that water warming up to a comfortable temperature.

Didn't recognise your dulcet tones, or see you either, I was a bit head down wanting to be home already. Uphill in heavy traffic it was never going to be the best of skids but I tried.

This morning I was privileged to ride in the company of a chap all fluroed up in orange on a panniered red touring bike wearing baggy waterproof jacket and trousers and a full on teardrop shaped aero helmet. Despite the helmet he still struggled to break the 15 mph mark but it was ok, I still managed to have the pleasure of his company as he jumped every single light between Holborn and Shaftsbury Av.
