  • I saw Jah Tim on his distinctive Roberts all the way out at Tooting Broadway this evening.

  • OSR on London Road/Waterloo Road/Waterloo Bridge this morning as I nodded in to work a bit before 9. Where's the Barley gone? That North Face bag's not so Old Skool.

  • Doubletap I think, and poots resplendant in a bright pink cap around Holborn.

  • Ah i thought i saw you but was completely in a world of my own, second day back at work and i need another xmas holiday!

The Barley is hiding in the cupboard at home, it turned out before xmas that i needed my big bag about 4 days out of 5 for various reasons so decided to take the Carradice off till summer. don't worry, it'll be back!

I'll try not be be so zoned out next time and say hi!

  • Charge plug rider with a shaved head and solo jersey on CS7 today. caught up to me at stockwell and we were in the same group all the way to E&C.

you wouldn't have seen it but the dynamo rider who did the wobbliest trackstands known to man 5 foot over the line at every set of traffic lights did not take kindly to you destroying him off the lights from foot down stationary position and him trackstanding with a headstart. the second you passed him he was out of the saddle chasing you giving it 'the beans' while you did what all good fixed riders do and kept your arse on the seat and made it look like you were just pootling along without a care in the world. It was no coincidence that he jumped the next set of lights to get ahead when he failed to pass you on the open road. I did a lol.

  • guy in bloomsbury last night with a beautiful old rig but the reason for this post, some awesome banesto coloured winter riding gloves

  • OSR: sorry, I should have said hi but was struggling to stay within decent hailing range. I was about to shout "RED" at you once the lights had gone green but you'd already set off and it would have been inappropriately appropriate to shout "RED" at someone who rides through a red... Oh, and my fluo yellow goretex makes me blend in with the swarm.

Jonny: is it time for me to break out my banesto winter jacket in extra-puffy fleecy-backed shiny material?

yo! cake! Was totally in a world of my own this morning feeling oddly more ill/depressed at being back at work than yesterday. Ho hum.

    Ha, I understand that.

You wouldn't have seen me, I was stealthily dressed in black.

And on foot. Don't think I've ever seen you when on a bike...

Sounds like the mighty Origamist. That man can sprint!

This morning, I saw a twattish rider on a red Langster trying to cover Borough High Street with an even layer of mucus via snot rockets (in a group, FFS!) and hawking & spitting. He's a dirty bugger, and I told him so. And he's slower than me. And he can't even grow a beard properly.

Did I mention I thought he was a twat? I hope it ain't someone on here - not cause I'm worried about them seeing this, but more because I'd hope we all had better sense.

  • DAS-blanked by Betty on SN Church St, nice chat w Joe though (on foot)

Yes, that was me. What bike were you riding? I'll say "hello" next time.

I see the wobbly Dynamo rider quite regularly, he joins CS7 at Clapham Common.

The last time I recall being spotted on lfgss was nealy 4 years ago by Clefty, in similar circs, on the 28th Jan 2008, to be all too precise:

chap in black with a shaved head bombing past me on a shiny Charge plug with red contis and red bar tape coming up to Elephant roundabout of doom, second time i've seen you, never get a chance to say hello, are you on here?

See you all in Jan 2016.

  • Doubletap I think, and poots resplendant in a bright pink cap around Holborn.

Dressed in black on a black bike with a flashing Hope Vision 1 and Cree torch compensating for the stealth mode? That was me.

North of the river? Are you kidding me? I rarely go that far north, lest my Tyke homing instinct kicks in and I don't stop till I'm past Dronfield.
