Nelaii last Friday at Dalston junction - hopefully see you at pizza next week
Lovely lady on a very pretty Colnago complimenting me on my Christmas bike this morning in Farringdon. On here? You wouldn't think it but the wind resistance from that tinsel is a bitch! The things I do to be festive.Oh Hi! That was me :-) Wind resistance or not - it looks great, makes a nice sound too! I was actually thinking as I put my xmas decorations up that I should wrap tinsel around my toptube - think I might do that tonight! Tis the season to be jolly after all!

Me, this morning, spitting at (on?) a Moped courier who had just almost killed me by RLJing the hell out of the reds beside LMNH, I grumbled, he middle fingered then undertook me on the cycle lane followed by sudden halt. Fucker.
Post-spitting I felt deeply vindicated for about 5 seconds before realising what a terrible human being I've become. I blame the 1%.
So - is it ever a good idea to retaliate against flagrant douchebaggery? War stories? I know it never is, but... sometimes I can't help myself.

I'd just parked my bike outside a house in a quiet street in Broccoli this morning and dialled the number of the chap for whom I was delivering a saddle when what should I hear but a growly voice from deep in the bowels of SE4 saying "Is that Paul?". Fair made me jump out of my skin. Imagine my surprise when a craggy figure emerged from beneath the ground bearing a fine smile and a carrier bag. For 'twas none other but Skully. Good morning to you.

Lots of cyclists merrily whizzing past me the other way while I miserably struggled against a massive headwind in Hyde Park. At one point it was so strong I stopped moving completely and nearly fell over. Bastard, bastard wind.

I've never claimed arrospokalypse as one of mine.
'scumo' on the other hand is a HB original and I'll be demanding 50p for every usage of it from now on.

Scumo is passé, it's all about "Avelaner" now.

I'm not entirely sure, but it belongs to a kid here in SF who's a bit too... erm... 'solid' to be riding his track bike like it's a trials bike. My guess is one too many poorly executed wheelies or somesuch.
Arrospokalypse!
First use on the forum. TS comes second
It's war, the Arrospokalypse is upon us... We're all doomed...
Pre-SHFK by some margin.

Crispin Glover in Old Street this morning, nice to chat to you but briefly and very nice winter steed. Sorry if I wasn't making much sense, I'm nursing quite a bad white wine hangover this morning.
