Riding past Turnham Green station this evening, I just passed a stationary bus when an alarm sounded and up sprung a recorded message emanating from the bus ... "woohoowoohoo this bus is under attack, please call 9-9-9, woohoowoohoo this bus is under attack, please call 9-9-9, woohoowoohoo ", and so on.
Bus driver must have hit a panic button or something - anyone heard that before?

Whose that stickered chrome tarc bike locked opposite the Leytonstone station outside the estate agents?
Carhartt and Tokyo Fixed stickers may indicate someone hip enough to be on here.

Lovely blue and yellow Bob J turning left at the end of the Cut to go over Blackfriars Bridge a bit after 6 this morning.
And a white Cougar single speed with chrome forks and guards at the top of Tower Hill.

Saw a guy on a white fixed/ss in Crystal Palace Park, but I'd thought I would be the only one dumb enough to ride up there without enough gears! Nice day, though.
Possibly smiff/ joe smith?
you are not the only one dumb enough to ride up there fixed. i love it :)
but it wasn't me as my white fixed frame is with oak cycles at the moment having a cracked seat stay repaired. should have it back soon. i've been comuting on my carbon road bike with dura ace wheels. it's been great! but i miss the ability to just lock it up outside a shop with a mini d and not worry about it...

Respect to you. It nearly bloody ripped my thighs off!
Shame about that seat stay. Hope it's as good as new soon.

coppithat, t4nya and vello beating the shit out of some guy outside a kebab shop in camberwell in the early hours of sunday morning. laid some tweedy ultraviolence on him just to steal a can of anti-perspirant.
thank you shinigami for putting a massive smile on my face on E&C roundabout this morning. i should go that way more often.
Ha!
Whilst we were waiting for the popo I noticed that the (butane addicted, Lynx sniffing) guy who had just been assaulted had a Mitchum roll-on in his pocket and it was exactly like the one in my bag...
Hmmmm. Suspicious.
Checked my bag and my one was missing....
Reprimanded the semi-unconscious dude for theft of my deodorant and took back was was rightfully mine.Woke up (relatively sober) in the morning and discovered I now was the proud owner of two roll-ons, one of which I had seemingly wrongly stolen off the butane-loving bum....

Ah yes, I have heard of this NotBeard. It was a quick "spot" anyway, I basically saw a rear 3/4 profile. That means beard, hat, gone. You see where a person could get confused.

Must have been his double.
