Guy in Streatham this morning on a puke green Cinelli with unusual forks.

Chap with red mohican in Camberwell on a red ?Pinarello with short riser bars. Not sure what it was, because I had to look back as he crossed the junction I'd just ridden through, but it looked like a sporty steel bike. Nice skinny tubes.

Lynx coaxing people onto a wonderful beach cruiser with coaster brakes outside the barbican yesterday. Managed a little skid on it.

lfgss hat wearing lady at the lights outside clapham north about 6.30 this eve. would have said hello but was feeling a bit out of puff after riding into that bloody headwind.

Woman on a black singlespeed (I think) with purple anodised v rims and purple anodised cranks. Pretty fast. The other night, I passed her, then got held up for a couple of minutes at Eastfields level crossing. She'd ridden through Mitcham, but was ahead of me as we approached Mitcham Junction station. Headed off through Hackbridge when I turned right.

Possibly Nelaii, just unsure because she was heading South, through the City, when I thought she'd be going the other way for some reason.

Purple on purple sounds like Tricitybendix... She is fast and she is strong, but she will deny all such things.

But then again, what would i know... I havent seen anyone in ages. I am actually starting to believe there are no fixed/ss riders out there in london anymore. (perhaps as the only place i can see london is out my window.)

Might've been me if it was Monday last week. Think I was there then. There are another couple of girls riding equally ridiculous bikes around London though so it might not've been.

I ride plenty, and a I don't use a PC :P

I don't commute by bike now that I can walk to work, so the larger proportion of my riding is done as a lycra roadie type now. Minimal spotting is to be expected I suppose. That said, I commuted as a super fixie hipster for 4 years and no-one spotted me then either.

It doesn't really get me down though :)
