I liked it, it was like a wave as a default response before you recongnized me, then it bacame a more jolly wave and then a semi attempt at a skid but the moment had gone as you re-took weaving-ready-position :)

No, not me. I was there in BDW's timeless classic, set off by my addition of blue Prendas lycra overshoes. I thought I saw you, however, in a phuckseh cap with otherwise plain kit - probably dhb or something.

I had the peak flipped up and everything in an attempt to offset/undermine the bike.

Tell me about it. I kept going for a while after I saw you, but once an hour was up, my body started to shut down. Maybe the drop in temperature. More likely the cumulative miles. I'm not used to it. I've had some sweet&salty popcorn and Chateau Neuf du Pape, so am feeling less fragile now; or rather, less bothered about feeling fragile.
