  • breakless? Cinelli Vigorelli around 7:25 on Clerkenwell/St. Johns junction

En Route West Acton. Wouldn't give anyone a nod in the desert at that time in the morning. But remember this, so - nod, wave, howdy partner.

  • ^ i've seen that bike around loads.
the owner has sparked some controversy on this forum as he's not the 'fixie skidder' type... and owns a very fixie skidder bike.

  • Juliet elliot comin out of a courier place on scrutton st off curtain rd

  • A near ped-disaster on Brixton Rd at those crossings on just before you hit the IWM. Girl on bike waiting at lights, must have got there late, lights flash amber, she starts to cross (obvs without looking). Coke truck approaches (to be fair there was no one on the crossing, and he had right of way, but fark me he was going a fair clap)..... realises girl is about to pull out, mounts curb, nearly takes out traffic light. Girl just rolls back onto the footpath and stares as if nothing had happened. She was about 15 and there was an older man next to her - her dad? Man didn't react though, I wouldn't have given her a clip around the ear hole. There is no way she would have survived a coke truck t-boning.

On a happier note I saw middleofnowhere on Fri eve Old St way.... too late to yell though.

Urgh I did this on Saturday in front of several people waiting to start my Instructors course. Too keen to unclip. OVER. Soooooo embarrassing. Spent the whole day pretending I couldn't feel the trickle of blood down my leg.

  • Some of us are, you know!

Spinning that gear will keep you young.

Cheers, shout at me next time you see me :-)

  • bigben this morning walkengering his mut with Mrs bigben (?) in Viccy Park, while I was trying to look like I'd been doing some intense circuit training. Good to see you and good luck with the Madrid show man!

Also got clocked staring at a rather nice dark blue (?) and white Nago being ridden away from the park by a chap in a dark cap with a messenger bag. I had to give a little wave and a thumbs up as I realised I had literally been gawping rudely... Morning to you.

  • pigfarmer.
this morning on route in towards brixton.
last moment spot, shouted 'john' pretty loud.

  • Hi kattiep! was on my way to some out doors drinking on Clerkenwell Green, man it was mobbed there.

Also ran into superprecise on Exemouth Market later. I'd bought a round of bottles out of Cafe Kick to drink on the street, opposite the off licence, drinking economy fail.

  • Old School Racer, on the Walworth Road this morning.

I was in a world of my own and only realised it was you after we'd parted ways at the Elephant roundabout.

  • BMMF (Blank Me to My Face) - eating a sandwich and crossing Tottenham Crt Rd. Responded to my whistle with a nod before doing one.

And grey haired man on Langster who back and forth-d with me round Regents Park - give me a fucking brake mate. You overtake me with only just enough power, brake, and then pull into my line making me pull my calf with an emergency skid — then you come back for more after the next lights? At least apologise?

  • Repped.

  • Oldskool forum peloton heading west on Clerkenwell Rd on Saturday at about 6.15pm. I may have been mistaken, but you all looked pretty pissed; and you're all old enough to know better ;)

I was folding it in the other direction, on the way home from work. Completely blanked by the lot of you. Cunts.

    :)

Hello - I was eating my pre-T(h)NRC 'panini campagnolo' from Italia Uno. Totally in the gustatory zone. I don't really know what you look like, even without the generic physiognomy presented by a cycling helmet/shades combo, so apologies if I appeared all like meh and shit.

Saw adoubletap at the top of Shaftesbury Avenue about an hour later, on my way to the next shift. Ships in the night day.
