Yesterday evening about 8:15 pm heading east along the A13 between Aldgate and Canary Wharf.

blond haired girl on a light green single speed wearing a black jacket.

Not a lot of traffic but she still kept overtaking me - nice smooth, effortless pedalling action.

I was in a car, or I would have yelled.

The multi coloured fluorescent bike may have been todd. Did it have a white deep v on the rear?
