a couple of recent spots - not sure if they're people on here.
yesterday, c.845am: startled a tall guy leaving his house on Hackney rd / Teesdale close junction with sexy looking fixed ride. I was walking my girlfriend and bike along hackney Rd and you looked stunned at me for some reason - too early in the morning?
today, same time same place: poloenger on black bike with blacked out front wheel spinning as fast as his wee legs could go, westwards along Hackney Rd. What was your ratio 20/20 or summat?!!

Myself doing track stands outside the Waterloo IMAX and a guy in a yellowy orange and red old looking cycling top coming off Blackfriars as I went out to get coffee for the office.

I only started riding fixed this weekend having converted my old steel raleigh. It may not look like I'm riding fixed because the front gears are attached to the crank / pedals and i cant remove them without huge effort so I have 2 gears at the front. I was wearing denim and a blue Shirt.

I think someone DAS'd me at the junction by Southwark tube station, as I was struggling past a bus sat right in the middle.

Bishopsgate - chap on nice Gitane. Noticed the bike first and then the headgear; retro police motorcycle helmet. Liking your style!

i felt the breeze, i shot after it, bought it a G and pedaled my 43Gi home.
You, rather kindly, forgot to add that you shouted at it... repeatedly, persistently, LOUDLY!

Teens, this morning, all roadied up, as he exited portuguese cafe. Holla at your boy. Happy day of birth big man..
Cake midday slaining his bike across one of the crossings at old street roundabout, as I test rode a lovely Ti Pretorius. Exciting bike it is too..
Belated reported spot, Clefty up by Ealing station, last thursday, it was dark, but I'd recognise that Villiers anywhere...

That was me, I'm guessing - you said "gotta love polo gears" as you went by? Black disc on the front, but the bike is actually stripped (aka, rust).
At least you knew what it was, rather than me just looking like a mental case (as I probably do to almost everyone else on the road). Was on my way to Newington for some polo. Gear's 28/18.

I was riding one around like that for a little while, it was 1 skid away from bursting. Luckily it went just near my house.

I think I DASd the semi-ex forumenger and curryier Velo Libre. Green frame, grey hood and a peaked cap on Moorgate crossing London Wall at Lunch.
When i scream DAS, its not cause a stupid suit is taking the piss... Im not doing it simply for my embarrassment but rather the astute awareness of a possible "friend on 2 wheels".

I remember a besuited ChainBreaker calling my name from across the road when I was once strolling in the city. So much harder to recognise without a bike aide-mémoire.
