Someone walked past me and some club mates outside Cafe St Germain with their blue fixed (sorry didn't get a close look) and said "no gears".
Anyone on here?
I'm interested in the context of that phrase. I imagine that it was either an explanation for walking it up Anerly Hill or conversely an expression of your pride for riding it up with no gears.
You were wearing sunglasses on an overcast february afternoon, so you might have been stoned and just realised: "shit my bike's got no gears".

Saw someone in Sigma today, condor potenza, single speed, tiny dildo bars.
You took great offence when I asked "why no rear brake?". Did not mean to offend, just concerned for your wellbbeing.

Noon today spotted a guy track standing a geared bike looking down hill. With respect!

Spotted today by someone on the Hackney Cyclists mailing list:
I had doubts about posting but today I saw a cyclist 'doing' the Blackwall Tunnel. I was driving, so obviously not able to look closely but it looked like a fixie. He/she was spinning like crazy travelling at about 30 mph on the downhill part of the Southbound bore.
Just at the point I was passing the cyclist another car travelling at c50mph passed me sounding its horn.
Scary stuff.
Will you own up?

What is the correct etiquette when somebody DAS's you while riding freewheel? Would a brake skid do or should I selflessly try to jam my foot into my rear spokes?

Hellomiles, footing it waiting for the nightbus, as I headed home from Dilla Changed My Life. Heavy.
See you at Souths Miles, and next time take the bike to Manchester..
Yup, that's the one. The bouncer and I were admiring it.
