I spotted a guy on a nelson yesterday near stratford doing some pavement riding.

I have a stack of the LFGSS crash advice cards which I thought to hand out to people I train... It is strange though, promoting cycling with confidence training then giving them a 'what to do if you crash' card.

you passed me and my work colleague, on your super cool summer 2009 brakless lol pro (with drops obvs), as we meandered home, absolutely busting a gut until 40 yards away you then shit a brick as you got to traffic, we caught up to you (still doing an avg speed of about 4mph), you then proceded to do the same routine again...only, everytime you went past us with yellow jerseyed glory in your eyes you then slowed to a point where my mate was riding no hands and we were still catching you. Point to prove?

Knowing what to do in that situation makes it easier to handle confidently if it does happen and thus be more confident to get back on the bike afterwards. Totally give them out!
