9:45 this morning, along Marylebone road towards West, from around Baker street up to Paddington

A tall and slim guy (Theo Bos-esq physique) in proper racing attire + khaki green messenger on a white bike with purple rims and purple drive train.
Looked like quite long cranks with probably around a standard-ish (1:3-ish) grearing.

Had to mention your great pedaling skills got noticed. Seemed very efficient and effortless.
