I saw a guy on a white frame, with either red rims or red tyres, track standing in the little alley that joins Radcliffe Square to High Street a couple of months ago?

i spied with my little eye...a brown haired chap wearing a black helmet (i could see his hair through the air holes) riding what looked to be a red single speed down manor avenue se4
he was also wearing spectacles...
his front wheel was twitchier then dale around the trixie chix..

I see the same chap, usually dressed in black, with long hair, a black lid riding a black IRO, pretty much every weekday morning at about 9.10 heading towards Euston on upper woburn place.

about 9.10 this morning saw a chap on a light blue emien (sp?) with white deep v's next to Euston fire station. my lip reading isn't the best but from where I was I'm sure the guy next to him said "No brakes?" (in a friendly looking way - not a hater). I was then passed by the same dude on Woburn place at the lights as he nicely wove his way through traffic.
