He looks like he's practising mounting his bike for cyclocross. He approaches light, hops off bike, runs through red light, gets back on, cycles off. Looks a bellend.
That's DJ's technique right? Was he shouting "have you heard of Carter vs Brooks" indiscriminately as he did it?

Ah - I have been doing this on occassions at the junction with Grays inn road since I saw people getting fined.I am too impatient to wait, especially when it is busy with nodders and don't like people RLJing when there are peds crossing. I only cross on the green man, never when he is flashing fnar

I light heartedly told someone doing this that he looked a bit of a twat. He got quite angry and retorted with "You're not even wearing a helmet". I rolled my eyes.

I once congratulated someone doing that on "beating the system". If he was in that much of a hurry he should have started with riding faster.

Young Woman, jeans, long brown hair, wooly hat, large yellow courier bag, 1100, Burbage Road HH, White Singlespeed with drops, frame mounted D-lock.
I didn't see any hoods, but there was deffo a rear caliper, brake levers on the tops perhaps?Good riding, 25mph+ along there isn't bad for just riding along.

More like "going to work" rather than prowling. Even then I still have the skills of a Ninja.
