Spotted a Condor Rapha pista ridden by a dude in a green shirt and white Catlike Whisper helmet on Commercial Road this morning.
Had a brief chat with a chap in an LFGSS cap at the Old Street Roundabout.
Then saw a motorcycle cop pull over an Oliver Schick doppelganger for RLJ on High Holborn in front of my office.

And where the fuck do all the stryclists go? It was rammed yesterday - barely anyone around today. I could understand if it was raining, but on a lovely mild autumn day why would you choose to go back on the tube? Was cycling really such a horrible experience?
[shakes head sadly]
Most cyclists commuters ride in 2-3 times a week (I've done a thorough research using my colleagues as guinea pigs).
Mondays and Wednesday always seem to be the busiest days.
Thursdays, people go out in the evening and use public transport.
Fridays are usually super quiet, people go out again, have days off etc... less traffic all round. I like Fridays! -

I saw this bike being ridden by a guy who had his Orlowski nicked from Grays Inn Road not so long time ago.
Saw an asian bloke riding a stunning Merckx on Guildford Street yesterday, if you're on here, that Merckx is a thing of beauty, just don't try and jump a red light when the peds is about to cross the road, bad form.

Large Team Banana conversion going all the way from Balham to Elephant at the same speed as me. Looked likely to be of this parish.

Totally. Had to take the tube this morning for the first time in about two months - absolutely horrific experience. I cannot understand why people do it.

I got the train this morning as I am meeting a friend at earls court later for the MPH show and do not want to leave my bike locked up.
The train was rubbish, but I did get to read.

Right on time? I was meant to be in at 8.30 this morning. Good hearing you across the junction though! But I was way too warm by the time my mini commute was over, despite battling that wind on SLR.
Oh and Jumbilly outside the shop this morning!

Saw this guy yesterday too, round the back of the sorting office next to Exmouth Market. He was also jumping a red light then :)
I've seen that bike on here somewhere, Malaysian?

Not in the afternoon! Friday is the big vehicular exodus

+1.. I hate friday afternoon/evening.
This morning coming in from Dulwich on the gears with no bag was so nice - such a beautiful day!
Incidentally, having ridden the Merckx around town for the past 2 days it's amazing how unfriendly all the fixie skidders are when you're on a geared road bike, it's quite funny really. -

I saw i lovely geared Merck by Tower Bridge the other morning. One lady owner.
I smiled, but not too much to avoid looking pervy :) -
